Measured Pick compares household products against the alternatives and links to where they are sold. We do not sell products, we do not process payments, and we never receive your card or shipping details.
What we collect
This site has no account, no login and no forms. We do not ask you for a name, an email address or a phone number, and there is nothing on this site that lets you send us one.
What is collected happens automatically through analytics and advertising services, and it is not tied to your identity:
- Pages viewed and time spent on them
- Approximate location, at city level, derived from your IP address
- Device type, browser and operating system
- Which ad or link brought you here
Cookies and similar technology
We use Google Ads and its measurement tags. These set cookies in your browser so that Google can tell whether a visit came from one of our ads and whether it led to a purchase on the retailer's site. This is how the advertising we run gets measured.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. The content of this page works normally without them. You can also opt out of personalised Google advertising at adssettings.google.com.
Affiliate relationship
Links to retailers on this site are affiliate links. If you buy after clicking one, we may receive a commission from the retailer, at no additional cost to you. This does not change the price you pay and it does not change what we write: where another material or product is a better fit, we say so.
Third parties
When you click through to a retailer, you leave this site and their privacy policy takes over. We have no control over what they collect and no access to the order you place with them.
Your choices
If you are a California resident, the CCPA gives you the right to know what personal information is collected about you and to ask that it be deleted. We do not sell personal information.
This site keeps no accounts and no database, so there is nothing stored here for us to look up or erase. The data described above sits with Google, and you control it directly: advertising preferences at adssettings.google.com, and the activity recorded against your Google account at myactivity.google.com. Clearing your browser cookies removes the identifiers used to measure this site's advertising.
Children
This site is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
